Matthew J. Warring is a founding partner at Arshad Pangere & Warring, LLP. Licensed to practice in state and federal courts, Matt was admitted to the Indiana State Bar in 2003 and the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana in 2003. He represents clients in personal injury, family law, DUI, and criminal law matters including the recent statute (May 2013) allowing some old criminal offenses, like a DUI, to be expunged from the record.

Vasilia Pangere (Bessie) is a founding partner of Arshad, Pangere & Warring, LLP, licensed to practice law in Indiana since 2003. A Certified Family Law Mediator, she focuses her efforts in the areas of family law, including child custody and child support.
Bessie brings a cross-disciplinary perspective to trial practice. Proficient with accounting and bookkeeping programs, Bessie offers clients unique insights into the financial aspects of legal transactions. An attorney who has earned an undergraduate major in Economics and a minor in Business Administration from Valparaiso University in 2000, she is knowledgeable about the financial issues associated with business, divorce, and separation. In addition, as a law clerk, Bessie has researched and prepared motions, memoranda, and legal briefs for civil, municipal, family law, contract, complex litigation, class action, and business law cases.
